Mr. Tse is the founder of the Company. Mr. Tse has over 18 years of experience in corporate finance, auditing, company secretary and taxation. Prior to the forming of Billion Match. Mr. Tse worked for international audit firm and held senior positions on various public listed companies. He has extensive experience on initial public offerings, corporate finance and financial due diligence in merge and acquisitions. Mr Tse has track record on assisting a number of companies completed their IPO project in American Stock Exchange and the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Mr. Tse graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic University with a bachelor’s degree in business studies in 1996.
